The 2E plate carrier, as part of tactical equipment, is easy to use and convenient, as it is possible to adjust the product height and volume. To protect the main lethal areas of the soldier, the design provides for the possibility of inserting additional side plates, and the kit also includes several subbags.

The plate carrier in camouflage is made of polyester and thick nylon fabric with a special thread structure that has water-repellent impregnation and polyurethane coating; it holds a main plate measuring 25 × 30 cm. The main feature of the model is the presence of side compartments for armor plates (18 × 15 × 2 cm) to improve the protection of the soldier’s body without losing mobility. The model is versatile due to the possibility of adapting it to the body characteristics with the help of a velcro fastener. Velcro tape is sewn into the shoulder pads to adjust the product height from 31 to 36 cm. In addition, the product can be adjusted to the volume of the chest (from 112 to 136 cm): for this purpose, a pile zipper is also provided on the front and back. There is also a single-point weapon belt, with adjustable length.
The product is equipped with MOLLE fasteners – rows of nylon slings. This system of connecting and arranging equipment together is used by modern NATO forces, including the US Army. Essentially, it allows magazine subbags, navigation and communication equipment, and other military gear and accessories to be conveniently fixed, removed and repositioned by intertwining the slings.
The armor plate subbag can also be used as a load-bearing vest for storing necessary equipment, such as ammunition magazines, communication and navigation equipment, first aid kits, etc. The product comes with several types of subbags: universal (2 pcs.) and open elastic subbags with a fixing belt for one magazine (2 pcs.) can be attached to the sides, a universal subbag 31 × 18 cm, located on the back, can serve as a plate holder for ballistic protection, and on the front surface there is also an elastic open subbag with several straps, but one that can hold up to three magazines (1 pc.)!
