Weapon Belt with Adjustable Length
The plate carrier is made of polyester and thick nylon fabric with a special thread structure, which is water-repellent and polyurethane coated. There is a 25 × 30 cm compartment for an armor plate on the front. An important feature of the model is the presence of side compartments for ballistic plates measuring 12 × 27.5 cm, which guarantees additional protection of the body from shrapnel injuries. Velcro tape is sewn into the shoulder pads to adjust the height of the product from 30 to 37 cm. In addition, the product can also be adjusted to the volume of the chest (from 128 to 148 cm): for this purpose, there is also a pile zipper on the front and back, with a backlash of up to 3 cm on each side of the elastic connection. Available in MultiCamo, the plate carrier is equipped with a single-point weapon belt that is adjustable in length.
MOLLE Fasteners for Accessories
The plate carrier is equipped with MOLLE fasteners – rows of nylon slings. This system of connecting and arranging equipment together is used by modern NATO armed forces, including the US Army. In essence, it allows you to conveniently fix, remove and rearrange magazine subbags, navigation and communication equipment and other military equipment and accessories by intertwining the slings.
Additional Subbags
An additional 25 × 28 cm pocket on the back of the product is designed to hold a ballistic plate that protects against shell fragments and other items. In addition to personal protection, the plate carrier is used as a load-bearing vest for storing the necessary equipment, including magazines with ammunition, communication and navigation equipment, first aid kits, etc. The plate carrier comes with several types of subbags: universal (2 pcs.) and open elastic subbags with a fixing belt for one magazine (2 pcs.) can be attached to the sides. On the front there is an elastic open subbag with several straps that can hold up to three magazines (1 pc.)!
